Here’s Monday again, and well, it rained here! Delhi got some much-needed rain today, and I had a refreshing auto ride to the office just in time to avoid getting soaked. After days of scorching heat, the rain was a welcome relief.
Can you believe the second month of Q2 just got over? Time is flying by! So, let's catch up on some updates:
To improve my health, I made some changes in my routine. I cut down on sugar, especially the processed sugar in soft drinks. This resulted in reduced sugar cravings and also helped in losing facial fat.
Going on solo dates to cafes, parks, and museums to preserve my energy because the more time I spend with myself, the more I can recharge.
As Insurjo’22, joining The Product Folks' Product Led Growth cohort has been a fantastic experience.

Fun fact: I prefer having a clean and organized workspace while working from home. Adding a touch of aesthetics to it never hurts either, so here’s a glimpse of my work desk during the weekends:
Guess what? I am proud to say that I have reduced my average time spent on Instagram to a mere 1 hour and 33 minutes. And you know? I'm taking pride in it because breaking free from the endless scroll system is a power move.
Instagram, which started as a visual diary for people, has become a content clout that ends up in brain fog.

I've been experimenting with a new approach to my habits. Trying out this "more of/less of" strategy to see if it helps me make some positive changes in my life. It feels a bit like a mid-life crisis, but a productive one, hopefully!
