Hey there!
Well, well, well, it's been way too long since we last caught up, shared stories, and just had a good chat. The reason for my radio silence? Blame it on the Substack account drama – got logged out, dealt with some sign-up glitches, you know the drill. [No, I didn’t just forget the password, it was more!]
Can you believe it's almost the end of January 2024? Time just zooms by, but guess who's back in the game now? Yours truly, back in my zone, thanks to a bit of divine intervention. This year, it's all about growth – spiritual, emotional, and yes, even financial.
So, I've been doing my usual thing, you know, overthinking life to bits.
Ever get that feeling when a decision makes your heart beat way fast? It could be picking a career path, friendships, or the eternal struggle of deciding what's for breakfast – tough decisions are the sauce of this wild ride called life.
It's high time we trust ourselves a tad more, listen to our guts, and make choices that vibe with the people we're evolving into. Remember, it's perfectly fine to take risks and, now and then, choose the road less travelled. Embrace the uncertainty, right?
Change is that one constant in life, but growth? Well, that's our call. I've always been on Team Growth, but this year, whether you want to call me 'Resolution Girl' or not, I'm sticking to it like glue. Whether it's picking up a new skill, kicking a bad habit, or just expanding out of my comfort zone, I’m committing to being an upgraded version of myself.
In the grand scheme of things, it's just us against the world, right? So, investing in self-growth and reflecting on ourselves gives us the superpower to be better. And you know what?
Growth doesn't always have to be this grand step. Sometimes, it's the small, consistent steps that take us to places we never imagined.
Amidst the chaos, don't forget to nourish that soul of yours. Spiritual growth is way more than just sitting cross-legged on a mountaintop (unless you're into that, of course). It's about finding what brings you peace, purpose, and connection. For me, it's realizing that my Rabb is the most merciful, even when I'm not paying much attention. He's always got your back, even when you're dancing in the dark – take that big leap, and the light will find you.
And hey, we're all in this together. Let's be each other's hype squad, lend a helping hand when it's needed, and celebrate victories, whether they're tiny triumphs or major milestones.
Here's to a year of growth, resilience, and embracing the glorious chaos of being human.
Love,
Wajiha
